Makersgate instant manufacturing platform for on-demand production services — ▸ FEED.08Instant Manufacturing

// Transmission

MakersGate turns manufacturing into an instant transaction: upload a part, get a live quote for 3D printing, laser cutting or CNC machining, and pay — no email chains, no days of waiting for an estimate. It’s the most product-heavy build in this portfolio.

The platform is a full React application with Redux state management: an in-browser Three.js viewer renders the customer’s uploaded model, a quoting flow prices it against process and material options over a REST API, and Stripe handles payment. Dashboards chart orders and activity, and the whole product ships multilingual (i18n).

I owned it from zero to deploy — product design, front-end architecture, API integration, payments, and production infrastructure.

About

I am Abdelrahman Abdelnasser, known online as Abdo Orange (abdorange). I am a Software Engineer, AI Specialist, and DevOps Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. I graduated from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences. Over the course of my career I have mentored more than 400 developers, shipped over 100 projects, and collaborated with startups, agencies, and enterprises across the Middle East and beyond.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering craft, artificial intelligence, and scalable infrastructure. I believe great software is built through obsessive attention to detail, deep technical understanding, and genuine empathy for the people who use it.

My approach combines technical precision with a product-oriented mindset.
