// The story

Biography

Abdelrahman started early. As a STEM High School student he joined Udacity as a Front-End Advocate (2020–2022), guiding 400+ students across the MENA region to their Front-End Nanodegree through the One Million Arab Coders program. That work made him one of the five most inspiring freelancing stories of Egypt’s FWD initiative — ranked 1st in Egypt among 1,300 senior participants while still in high school — and earned him a place among the Top 50 Inspiring Coders in the Arab World, selected by the Dubai Future Foundation from one million participants.

At Ain Shams University’s Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences (2021–2025) he became a Huawei ICT Academy Ambassador, winning the Huawei Annual Ambassador Award in both 2022 and 2023 — the only ambassador from an Egyptian university to receive it twice. He placed 1st across Egypt in Huawei Seeds for the Future 2023 and represented Egypt at MWC Barcelona 2023. In parallel he worked as a Software Engineer & AI Instructor at HST, a full-stack engineer at CyberDefenders, and a DevOps intern at Banque Misr, where his team placed 1st of seven.

In May 2025 he won First Prize in the Computing Track of the Huawei ICT Competition 2024–2025 Global Final in Shenzhen, China — a program with 210,000+ students from 80+ countries and regions. The same year his graduation project, DataForge, was published by IEEE. A year later he returned to the competition as an instructor: the team he mentored won the Grand Prize, the highest award, in the Computing Track of the 2025–2026 Global Final.

Today he builds production software at Loop Dimension — owning systems from architecture to deployment, provisioning AWS infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines and integrating agentic AI features. Full record: awards & recognition.
